Villard Reculas, Unspoilt Mountain Ski Village

Villard Reculas is a beautiful traditional French ski mountain village which is situated at 1550 metres. Whilst it remains unspoilt it has easy access to the enormous Alpe d’Huez ski resort.  Snow cannons have now been installed from the top of Signal Hill to the lowest slopes in Villard Reculas, to ensure a snow-sure return pistes throughout the long season.

Your Ski Experience

La Source Ski Chalet recognise the importance of good organisation, and therefore we will ensure that you are provided with ski, snowboard and boot hire the evening of your arrival, and ski passes will be awaiting you in readiness for the first lift.

We will make suggestions as to the most suitable ski schools, make reservations and introduce you to your school/instructor on your first day. The La Source minibus will be available to take you to the lifts

Ski guiding is offered at the beginning of the week to ensure that you maximise your time on the slopes and appreciate the extensive and varied terrain, and discover the charm of Alpe d’Huez and its surrounding villages
