Innovative food and attentive service

After a day on the ski slopes, we provide a restoring tea with home-made cake. Following a few hours relaxation we then gather for pre-meal drinks and a three  course dinner prepared by our in-house chef in a contemporary style, using local fresh produce supported by a complimentary selection of good French wines. Catering includes:

  • Breakfast – including fruit juice, cereals, fresh breads, croissants, a selection of homemade jams, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
  • Afternoon tea with homemade cakes, fresh bread, conserves and a selection of teas.
  • Three  course dinner including local French cheese platter and fresh fruit. One evening includes a Savoyard local specialty – tartiflette, fondu, etc
  • Help yourself to tea and coffee throughout the day

Smoked mackerel pate with oatcakes and wild leaf salad
Hot Smoked salmon and watercress salad with wiskey and honey dressing
Minted pea and pear soup with fresh crusty bread
Potted venison served with red currant jelly and fresh crusty bread
Smoked haddock on a bed of lettuce with lime creme fraiche
Wild mushroom rarebit with a pesto and garlic dressing

Braised pork casserole with caramelised apples, in a cider, honey and mustard sauce
Slow roasted chicken with sundried tomatoes and tarragon sauce, served with baby new potatoes and broccoli
Wild mushroom and beef strogonoff with lemon and coriander rice
Slow roasted lamb, dauphinois potatoes, green beans and rosemary and mint gravey
Crispy roast duck in plum sauce with roast potatoes and winter vegetables
Pan roasted filet of halibat with braised vegetables and horesradish veloute
