Ski Hire Prices – 2013

There are 2 ski hire shops in Villard Reculas – both of which provide excellent levels of service.

We recommend Ski Set for their friendly, professional, and cost efficient service, and its close proximity (50 metres) to Chalet La Source, and other accommodation. English is well spoken in the Ski Set shop

We offer a minibus service to collect and return skis, which makes it all very convenient, and for those with their own car – parking is very easy and outside the shop

There are two recommended methods to hire your equipment:

1. Arrive in Villard Reculas and visit Ski Set sports shop. Jean-Charles the owner will guarentee the same price as indicated on the Ski Set website for that week. This is the preferred method, and provides full flexibility and you are guarenteed the website discount and do not have to pay a ‘handling website charge’ – you cannot lose! During high season weeks – New Year and February holidays, La Source will pre-order for you, so the equipment is ready for your arrival. You will also benefit from the web offer of ski for 7 days and pay for 6 days for those who wish to maximise their skiing!
2. Order on line following this link. Your equipment will be ready for your arrival

To give you an idea of prices for the season 2013, we have applied the web discount to the Ski Set list price. This is the maximum price you will pay and its likely that in low season weeks (January,March and April) these prices may be even lower!

‘Economy’ – ”Quality skis at reduced prices” – ski’s and boots €76.80 for 6 or 7 days rental

‘Discovery’ – ”makes skiing both effortless and pleasurable while advancing the skier” – ski’s and boots €103.20 for 6 or 7 days rental

‘Performance’ – ”user friendly equipment made for the entire mountain” – ski’s and boots €119.20 for 6 or 7 days rental

‘Excellence’ – ”highly reviewed current seasons skis combining precision and performance” ski’s and boots €139.40 for 6 or 7 days rental
